Fohs Hall produces womanless wedding Miss Tiny Oats (Joe Myers) will be given in marriage to Mr. J. Flivverton Barley (Jason Hatfield) Thursday (tonight) at Fohs Hall.
The nuptials will be exchanged commencing at 7:30 p.m., as part of the Fohs Hall’s fundraising event known as the Womanless Wedding.
Mr. Percy Birdseed (Tony James) will serve as best man; Judge and reverend Adam Teco Turnipseed (Fred Brown) will officiate the fiasco that is sure to raise a laugh in even the most stoic wedding observer.
Father of the bride is Mr. Knowzie Oats (Stuart Collins). Mother of the Bride is Mrs. Oats (Cletus Hunt).
Many colorful relatives and friends of the bride and groom will be in attendance, including some contemporary wedding crashers and special guests.
Fohs Hall, Inc., has conducted its womanless affair four times over the course of history, the first during the 1930s. There have been three other weddings is the past 20 years, and this one is certain to be among the most noted.
More than 40 members of an all-male star-studded cast make up the wedding party and guest list. It is a guaranteed crowd pleaser, said Fohs Hall President Alan Stout.
Tickets are $10 at the door.
