PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:
Body Shaping and Toning - Get the physique you have always wanted. Classes are designed to shape and tone the body without building bulk. Highly recommended to those wanting to lose body fat while building lean muscle and boosting the metabolism.
Benefits of Body Shaping and Toning: Superior Muscle Shape and Tone, Cardiovascular conditioning, increases flexibility, strength and self esteem, increases and maintains bones density and lean muscle as well as maximum metabolic increase and fat loss.

Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC) is designed to transform your body. Super weight loss program, setting and achieving goals in little time. Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat, but what’s the best way to do that? Knowing the basics of how to lose weight, how to exercise for weight loss, toning and how to motivate yourself are essential for creating a program that works for you.

Strength Training for Men— Pack on muscle while defining your new sculpted look. Achieve breakthroughs in size and strength for the lean muscular look you always wanted. This is a hard body program that combines muscle growth & fat loss. A great way to define your whole body in a short amount of time.

Summer Shape Up is a 7 week program and will run
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, beginning June 7th – July 22rd.
Classes are approx. 40 minutes.
They are held in Marion, KY
All Marion classes are held at Full Body Fitness Studio
at 177 Nunn Jent Rd, Marion, KY, just off Chapel Hill Rd.

Choose the time that works for your schedule. Register soon classes are filling quickly.
All instructors are required to be nationally certified by an accredited fitness institution.
Payment plans available.
Registration after May 17th is $149.00.

At Sturgis, KY
Summer Shape Up is a 7 week program and will run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, beginning June 7th – July 22rd.
Classes are approx. 40 minutes.
Union County classes will be held at Sturgis Youth Center across from C&C Ford.
You will need weights and a mat.

Registration is $149.00.
